Key features of Peerlist include: Work experience and education verification on the platform to ensure genuine profiles and provide credibility to the network. Community-led platform for designers, developers, product managers, recruiters and founders to network and interact. Powerful work profiles that can serve as a resume or portfolio, showcasing work from platforms like GitHub, Dribbble, Medium, Substack and Product Hunt. A platform for users to launch their side projects, get early users and get feedback every week. A company account and hiring platform for founders and companies to post jobs, track applications etc. Peerlist aims to re-imagine professional networking by providing a platform for people to build their online presence and discover new opportunities based on their work.

Your Task Your goal is to increase user engagement and retention amongst current Peerlist users, with the following specific targets:

  1. Improve the average daily active users (DAU) by 30% over the next quarter

Employing presents a number of difficulties for businesses. This causes a substantial loss of time and resources in addition to inefficiencies. False or inaccurate information on resumes is another problem that employers deal with. Productivity, team dynamics, and the general success of the organization can all suffer from such a misalignment. Candidates view the material on their resumes and employment profiles as disorganized, sporadic, and dispersed online. Because of this, it is challenging for their peers and recruiters to find and understand them. To address this void in the industry, Peerlist was established in August 2021, a professional network including extensive and validated work biographies.

According to Akash Bhadange, the co-founder and CEO of Peerlist, "We wanted to allow them to build a profile where they can showcase all their work because many people have their work distributed on different platforms and developers, designers, and tech professionals often write articles on Substack and share codes on GitHub."

While Peerlist has one of the most active tech community of developers and designers, with over 77k+ users, and ~ 200 unique users joining the platform everyday (which includes creating a Peerlist account and making the profile 70% complete), the number of users who engages daily with the platform is quite low.
